Q: Why use MyList? MyList is a unique online gift registry concept, providing you and your guests hassle free experience in the communication of gift preferences for ay occasion! Choose from the beautiful collection of gifts from our partners and/or ask for contributions towards your honeymoon or anything at all!
Q: What are the advantages of creating a gift registry?Having a gift registry lets you create a list of items that are meaningful and which you might actually need. With a gift registry in place, it not only helps you to pick your own set of gifts or a dream gift, but it also let your friends, colleagues and loved ones across the world know where exactly their money is being invested. Plus, the gifts get delivered to you through convenient options like MyList gift card or items getting delivered at your doorstep.
Q: Is MyList service free? Yes, MyList gift registry platform is absolutely FREE for all. No processing fee for cash contributions either!
Q: Is there any minimum amount of my list? No minimum and no maximum amount.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum count of items that I have to register? There is no limit to the number of items you can include in your wish list. Your list can be as simple or as extensive as you wish. We recommend that you take more items than the number of people on your guest list. Your guests will appreciate the choice. Be sure to register for items in a wide range of prices, so that people can choose their gifts within their means.
Q: For what sort of occasions can I setup a registry for? Everyone loves to give and receive gifts. You can create gift registries for Weddings, Baby Showers, Eid, Birthdays, Farewells, Anniversaries, House Warming, Christmas or any special occasions.
Q: What are the things I can do with MyList account?With your MyList account, you can:

Q: How do I create a gift registry?How do I create a gift registry? You can create a gift registry creating your MyList account first. If you already have a MyList account, just log in and follow the steps below:
1. Fill in the required information about the gift list
2. Upload the required images or simply use the default images
3. Enter your personal details
4. Select or add the shipping information
5. Enter the optional details and click ‘Save’.
Q: How can I add items on MyList?That’s very simple! After creating you gift list, you need to click ‘Manage your list’ and click ‘Add item’ to start adding your dream gifts.
Q: Are there restrictions on what I can register? There are no restrictions on what you can register. Your ‘wish’ list can have all the dream gifts you wish to receive from your friends, colleagues or loved ones as long as it’s part of our catalogue or one of the products of our partner brands.
Q: Is it possible to have more than one list?Of course! Creating a list for you or for someone else can be done for many reasons such as wedding, birth, birthday, farewell party etc. If you already have a list and would like to create another one, log in to your account and click on ‘Create a new list’.
Q: How do I tell my friends, colleagues or loved ones about my gift registry? You can share your registry with your friends, colleagues or loved ones by clicking ‘Share To My Friends’ or by copying the ‘Gift List Link’ and emailing it to them
Q: How can I inform my family and friends? You can fill in the email list of recipients online, and MyList will notify them of your gift list. This message will also include your welcome text and a convenient link for the recipients to view your list. You can also inform your friends by sharing the link on your email, blog or any social media account
Q: What should I do if my family and friends live abroad? The aim of this website to help your family and relatives to offer you gifts, even if they do not live close to you, or are not planning to visit you soon. For this purpose, MyList offers you a secured online payment process by Credit Card or via Paypal and thus enables your friends, colleagues and relatives to make a contribution from anywhere in the world
Q: Can anybody access my list? It depends which option you have selected at the beginning: either your list is public or your list may be password protected. In this case, it is up to you to keep that password confidential. If you feel that there has been a breach of confidentiality, you can contact us by phone or email at any time.
Q: Can we edit our registry after we’ve shared it? Of course! You can make changes to your registry at any time. Provided that the gifts haven’t been bought in stores. Also, you can change the gifts and / or the quantities you have registered at any time by logging to your account. Once a gift has been purchased, terms and conditions of return and exchange vary depending on each store.
Q: Would I be able to receive the contributions into my bank account (cash back)?Unfortunately, not. You only have two (2) options – receive items from our partner store or we convert the total amount into a MyList Gift Card which you can use at our partner stores.
Q: How do I keep track who gave me what gift? For any gift you receive, an email notification will be sent to you indicating which guest bought you which item. You can also check online at any time with your gift tracker. Just visit log in ‘Manage My List’. As part of our service to you, we will be updating your thank you list, indicating which guest bought you which item, their email addresses and messages as this will help you with your thank you cards.
Q: What if some of our guests aren’t computer friendly? Your guests are welcome to call or send us an email anytime regarding any help required related to your gift registry.
Q: Am I limited to the gift I register on my list? Don’t worry, your registry is extremely flexible. If you selected a chair on your wishlist and you decided to buy a jewelry instead, it is up to you (subject to availability in the selected partner store). You simply ask us to convert a part or all your contributions into a MyList Gift Card and you can purchase any kind of item you want in the partner stores.
Q: How should I collect my gifts? Your gifts get delivered to you through convenient options like MyList Gift Card that you can use in any partner store of your choice or items getting delivered at your doorstep. Please note that all items selected on your registry are subject to availability and prices may subject to change. In case you opted for the gifts to be be delivered to you, the terms and conditions of delivery vary depending on each partner store.
Q: I live in one City. Is it possible to purchase a gift in another City within the country? Yes, you can shop in any partner store in the country.
Q: When I visited the store, I found that the item price was cheaper than your website. Please clarify.All the items on our website are at retail price. If at the time of delivery, the item is on sale price, you will be offered the discounted price. The remaining amount will be converted into a MyList Gift Card which you can use for any item you’re interested in.
Q: What are my other options if some items on my list are not available and my friends, colleagues and family members have contributed to it already? If your item is unavailable at the time you wish to receive it, you can either convert the amount for those contributions into your MyList gift card and use that contribution towards another item, at any of our other partner stores. You also have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock at our partner stores.
Q: I am not interested on what you have in your website as I feel it’s very less. Can I check your partner store personally? The items on our website are only a selected list from our partner stores however you do have full access to our partner stores to add more items to your list. For this case, we offer Complimentary Personal Shopping assistance.
Q: How do we book a complimentary personal shopping? How does it work?All you have to do is let us know on the most convenient time by calling or sending us an email and we can schedule a meeting. With complimentary personal shopping assistance, we will meet you at any of our partner stores, we will run you through how our service works and the benefits, then we will go through the store so that you pick any item in store that we need to add in your registry.
Q: I wish to avail complimentary personal assistance, but I am afraid that it might pay some charges. Is it really free?Please don’t worry. It is a completely free service.
Q: How does your MyList Gift Card work?You can visit any of our partner stores to be able to redeem your MyList gift card amount against the item you wish to purchase. You just need present your MyList Gift Card to the cashier at the time of check out.
Q: What are the types of MyList Gift Card?We have two (2) types of MyList Gift Cards. We have the MyList e-Gift Card which takes 24-48 hours for you to receive in your e-mail address or MyList Gift Card which takes 2-4 working days for you to receive in your preferred delivery address
Q: What is the difference between the 2 MyList gift cards?They work exactly the same. The only difference is one is a physical gift card and the other is through your e-mail address. In terms of redemption, you are only required to present the gift card in store.
Q: I forgot my password - help!No worries, it happens. Follow the steps below and you’ll be back in action in not time.

2. Click ‘Sign In’ at the top right corner of the page
3. Click ‘Forgot your password’ ‘
4. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link
5. Click ‘Reset my password’ and check for our email with the instructions on resetting your password.

Q: Are there any delivery charges when I decide to receive my items?Delivery charges are solely based on partner stores.
Q: Do you support international shipping?We normally don’t but contact us and we will try to help. Terms and conditions vary depending on each partner store and extra costs may occur.
Q: Can you deduct the amount on my MyList Gift Card to pay for the delivery charges?As per the MyList policy, we cannot deduct are delivery charges from your MyList gift card, unless a payment is made towards the registry specifically for the delivery charges
Q: How long will my gift registry be posted after my event?Your registry will remain active in your MyList account unless you remove it.
Q: How do I contact my Gift Advisor?Our Support Team is always ready to help your guests choose the perfect gift for your big event. You can contact your Gift Advisor anytime by email, phone or WhatsApp.
For gift givers
Q: How do I find a gift list? Click on the ‘Find a gift list’ tab on our Home page, enter the Gift registry name and click ‘Search’. You can also copy and paste the direct link (sent to you by your friend/family/colleague) on your browser address bar.
Q: Is my credit or debit card information secure? Your credit or debit card information is fully secured and protected. All of our online transactions are put through a secure third party server.
Q: In which currency will I pay on the website? If you pay with your credit or debit card, you will be invoiced in local currency. You will be redirected to a secured payment gateway of Citibank. However, if your pay via Paypal, you will be invoiced in US Dollars (USD) (a multi-currency converter is available before purchasing the gift).
Q: I tried to pay online using my credit or debit card and it didn’t work. What should I do? Your payment can be denied for multiple reasons:
1. Payment can be made through credit card only and debit cards are not allowed
2. If you are living outside the Country, your local bank consider this transactions as suspicious or unusual and refused it. You should contact your bank to allow you make the purchase on our website. Alternatively, you can pay via Paypal or contact us by email or phone for us to find a solution.
Q: If I contribute to a Group Gift, will the couple know? Absolutely! If you opt to contribute to a Group Gift on a registry, the couple will receive an email indicating your individual contribution amount with your personal note. This includes both tangible items and cash contributions.
Q: Can I include a personal message with my gift? Of course! You can add personal message for your friend/family/colleague during the checkout.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?Unfortunately, not at this time.
Q: Is my personal information private?Yes, your personal details are completely private and safe. It is confidential information to MyList and we will never store or share it with any third party.
